Dermol^® Wash

Dermol Wash is a moisturising antimicrobial soap substitute which helps treat and prevent dry and itchy skin conditions, such as eczema and dermatitis.

Dermol Wash can be used in the same way as ordinary soaps but unlike ordinary soaps, Dermol Wash will not foam or lather. (Bubbles are not needed to cleanse the skin). After washing and patting the skin dry, Dermol Wash can also be reapplied as a leave-on moisturiser.

Soap substitute
Dermol Wash contains a gentle cleanser, making it suitable for use as a soap substitute to avoid the potential irritancy and skin-drying effects of foaming soaps and detergents.

Emollient oils
Dermol Wash contains emollient oils which help to rehydrate dry skin.

Antimicrobials
A type of bacteria, called Staphylococcus aureus, is present on areas of eczema and often makes itch worse. The antimicrobials in Dermol Wash help reduce the amount of this bacteria on the skin.
